E-boutique Returns Policy

We hope that you love your new Rodeo Show purchase!

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your online order, you are welcome to return the item(s):

1. Full Priced Clothing

To initiate your return, please contact our friendly support office via phone or email to receive your Return Authorization number (RA) within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please return your items within 14 days of receiving date to be eligible for a refund, exchange or 110% 12 month store credit.

International customers are required to return within 21 days of receiving date to be eligible for a refund, exchange or 110% 12 month store credit.

2. Sale/Promotion or Markdown Clothing

To initiate your return, please contact our friendly support office via phone or email to receive your Return Authorization number (RA) within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please return your items within 14 days of receiving date to be eligible for a exchange or 12 month store credit. Please note, exchange shipment will incur a reshipment fee.

International customers are required to return within 21 days of receiving date to be eligible for an exchange or 110% 12 month store credit. Please note, there will be a reshipment fee of $20

ONLINE OUTLET

No refunds, exchanges or credit notes are accepted for change of mind.

Online outlet runs from Wednesday 28th of November and ends Monday 3rd of December at midnight.

Note: No refunds, exchanges or credit notes accepted for change of mind.

N.B - Returns are not accepted on accessories or gift cards.


To be eligible for a return or exchange please remember to check the following:

a) Goods are in original condition, with all tags still in tact

b) Goods have not been worn, altered or washed

c) Returns Authorisation number has been issued

d) Returns form is completed

How to return an item 

1. Instore

Check that you meet the above return conditions
Return your item in person at any Rodeo Show boutique
Please note, refunds are processed at HO within 3-5 business day

2. Via Mail

Check that you meet the above return conditions
Package your item carefully, ensuring the completed returns form is included with the return consignment
Return your order via trackable carrier of your choice to: Eboutique Returns, 3 Hiles St Alexandria NSW 2015
N.B - All returns or exchanges sent to Rodeo Show via mail must have a valid tracking number. Rodeo Show will not be liable for items lost in transit.

What can I use as proof of purchase? 

Original register receipt or e-boutique order confirmation

What if my item was damaged, incorrect or faulty?

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact our friendly customer service team on (02) 9690 1833, who will be happy to assist you in arranging your return or exchange.

What is the return tender?

All returns will be processed onto the original payment tender, unless your item is returned outside the return period. In these cases, you will be issued a store credit.

How long will my return take? 

For returns instore, an exchange can be processed by our store team on the day. Store credits and refunds will be processed within 3 - 5 business day via our head office team. An email confirmation will be forwarded to confirm once actioned. 

For returns via mail, once your return has been received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 3 to 5 days to clear the funds back into the account.

110% STORE CREDIT

When returning a full priced item, you can opt for 110% store credit. Once your return has been received and processed, this credit (in the amount of your paid price plus 10% extra) will be available online in your Rodeo Show account, ready to apply automtically at the checkout to your next purchase. 

Please note, store credits are applied to the account registered with the same email address used to place your order. 

Store credits are valid for 12 months.

Once the store credit has been issued, that value can not be changed to a cash refund.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you wish to exchange or refund a faulty item, please contact our customer service team during business hours 9am to 5.30pm AEST on +612 9690 1833 or email admin@rodeoshow.com.au.Where the items fail to be of acceptable quality, and the failure does not amount to a major failure, Rodeo Show is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement or other suitable solution. Exchange of items is subject to availability. Rodeo Show classifies items to be faulty (i.e. not acceptable quality) if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of wear are not considered to be faulty.

Rodeo Show will issue a refund to the original card used for purchase within 14 days of receiving date of a return. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, including the relevant taxes, shipping or return delivery costs.

Outside the above timeframe, our items come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian laws. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. To obtain compensation, you will need to provide documentary evidence of the loss or damage suffered, and documentary evidence that such loss or damage was a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a failure by Rodeo Show to comply with applicable Australian laws.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

While Rodeo Show makes every attempt to ensure that the online store reflects the availability of stock sometimes an item shown to be available may be out of stock. If an item you order is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of stock availability and can refund you for that item.

The Site may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right (at our absolute discretion) to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may have placed based on information on the Site that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.
