DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Rodeo Show offer the following shipping rates for delivery within Australia

Free standard shipping for orders over $150  (2-7 business days)

Free express shipping for orders over  $250 (1-3 business days)

For shipping of all orders under $150 within Australia, Rodeo Show give the options of standard delivery $5.95 or express delivery $8.95.

Delivery times are generally 2-3 business days from the time of order for metropolitan areas. For regional areas, delivery is generally between 2 – 7 business days. A dispatch confirmation email displaying your unique tracking number will be sent so you can track the progress of your delivery.

All orders received by 12pm AEST on a given business day will be processed and shipped on the same day.

Please note, during SALE/OUTLET promotional periods, orders may be delayed due to high volumes of orders and may take up to 3 – 5 business days for dispatch. 

Deliveries are made by either Australia Post or Couriers Please.

Please note that Rodeo Show are not liable for any lost or stolen items. The delivery of your order is in the responsibilty of the shipment provider.

Australia Post - If no one is in attendance at the time of delivery, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest post office for collection

Couriers Please - If no one is in attendance at the time of delivery, re-delivery to the same address will be required. Please contact our dispatch provider Shippit on (02) 8322 4835 to arrange re-delivery. If you require re-delivery to an alternative address, please contact us direct on (02) 9690 1833. Please note you will be charged $10 for change of address.

N.B – Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

International orders are dispatched via DHL Ecommerce.

All international orders are shipped within 2 business days from receipt of order.

Shipping Cost:

A flat rate of $20 is charged for international deliveries

NZ: 3 - 5 business days from dispatch date

ASIA PACIFIC/WESTERN EUROPE: 5 - 12 business days from dispatch date

NORTH AMERICA & MIDDLE EAST: 7 - 12 business days from dispatch date

Countries in Middle Eat that also accept street address:

- Bahrain

- Egypt

N.B - We do not ship to the following embargoed countries: Syria, Yemen, Iran, North Korea.

Your order may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country, and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. 

Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

If you refuse a shipment from Rodeo Show, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Rodeo Show. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
